The design is previously protected in Europe, USA and China, which means that no one can copy the ergonomic and aesthetic design of the product. As Calmark Sweden AB is planning a global launch, the company is working actively with both patents and design rights in important future markets. The application and approval in Vietnam is an important part of the strategy since the country is part of the first phase of the preliminary launch plan.
