The shares were bought at a price of SEK 3.35 per share, a transaction worth SEK 134,000. The transaction was made on Spotlight Stock Market. This is according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.Ehrnberg also sold 250,001 shares in Smoltek on the same date at a price of SEK 3.37 per share, a transaction worth SEK 842,500. The transactions mean that she is a net seller of 210,000 shares worth SEK 708,500. Ehrnberg then owns 70,000 shares in Smoltek, according to the ownership service Holdings.Smoltek has an ongoing rights issue, with the subscription period running from June 12 to June 29.
