The last day of trading in the company’s shares ACOS including the right to receive unit rights is May 15, 2019. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is May 16, 2019.

One (1) share entitles the owner to two (2) unit rights. One (1) unit right entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 1.75 (2:1 á SEK 1.75).  

Trading with unit rights will take place from May 21, 2019 until June 4, 2019 on Spotlight Stock Market.

Trading with the paid subscribed units will take place from May 21, 2019 until the registration of the issue at Bolagsverket.
