This week PolarCool has started installing PolarCap® System among the teams in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL), in accordance with the order received and published in April 2019. The first teams visited were Växjö Lakers and the newcomers in SHL, IK Oskarshamn. PolarCool"s representatives Erik Andersson and Eric Rennermalm will visit the 14 teams in the coming weeks to install and introduce the product for players and management. Starting in August 2019 and lasting for two years, all teams in SHL will apply PolarCap® System in cases of suspected or diagnosed concussion, with the aim of establishing a standardized treatment method in SHL.

As part of a commitment to broaden sales to additional sports, PolarCool has also visited a football team in the second league, Superettan. Moving forward, PolarCool will further focus on creating acceptance within football.
