Spotlight har beslutat att avnotera MobiPlus AB:s betalda tecknade unit, MPLUS BTU, efter handels slut idag den 12 mars 2020. MPLUS UR har som planerat upphört att gälla och kommer således inte tas upp till handel.

MobiPlus AB offentliggjorde den 12 mars 2020 kl. 15:59 pressmeddelandet "Mobiplus avbryter företrädesemissionen". Med hänvisning till offentliggjord information från MobiPlus AB har Spotlight beslutat att avnotera MobiPlus AB:s BTU, MPLUS BTU, efter handels slut den 12 mars 2020. 

Instrumenten är sedan den 3 mars 2020 handelsstoppade. Handeln kommer inte att återupptas.

MobiPlus AB:s BTU is delisted from Spotlight

Spotlight has decided to delist MobiPlus AB:s financial instrument BTU, MPLUS BTU, today after the market has closed. MPLUS UR has, as communicated, expired and will therefore not be admitted to trading.

The company published on March 12, 2020, at 15:59 the press release "Mobiplus avbryter företrädesemissionen". With reference to the disclosed information from MobiPlus AB Spotlight has decided to delist MobiPlus AB:s BTU, MPLUS BTU, today after the market has closed.

The trading in the instruments are halted from March 3, 2020. The trading will not be resumed.
