As a part of my divorce settlement agreement, which was settled this week, I have today sold 413.000 shares in Omnicar Holding AB and transferred 100.000 shares to my ex. wife

My current aggregated holdings are now 4753708 shares in Omnicar Holding AB equalling 19,06% of the total amount of shares in Omnicar – before this transaction my holdings in Omnicar Holding AB were 5266708 equalling 21,12%

The shares have been traded outside the market
