The investment company Upgrade Invest Nordic's largest portfolio holding, Climacheck, has entered into an agreement to sell its wholly owned operating subsidiary Climadynamic to an industrial player. The transaction value is not being disclosed, but Upgrade writes that it essentially corresponds to the book value. This is stated in a press release. Climacheck accounts for about 57 percent of Upgrade Invest Nordic's net asset value. After the transaction is completed, Climacheck intends to distribute the sale proceeds to its shareholders.The transaction will be completed in January.- The sale of our largest holding marks an important milestone for us.
