The lead-generation company Fable Media's majority shareholder Frederik Cardel Falbe-Hansen has sold 10 percent of the shares in Fable Media to the Danish listed company Scandinavian Investment Group, whose vd Michael Hove will act as an advisor to the board. This is stated in a press release. The share sale is being carried out through the holding company Frederik Falbe-Hansen Holding, which is reducing its ownership in Fable Media from 67 to 57 percent. Scandinavian Investment Group previously owned no shares and now owns 10 percent of the shares in Fable Media.
