The shareholders of the real estate company Preservium Property are summoned to the Annual General Meeting on April 16 in Stockholm. The board proposes that the meeting resolve that no dividend be paid to the shareholders.Re-election is proposed of the incumbent board, consisting of Chair Robin Englén and the members Magnus Oscarsson, Carl Lundh Mortimer and Niklas Nyström.
