The real estate development company Norden Estates has begun construction of a depot station in Karlskrona through its subsidiary Zustainment Bygg. The project has a contract value of approximately SEK 14 million.The project is part of the previously communicated order pipeline of approximately SEK 42 million from 2025 and marks the continued execution of earlier deals. The construction has entered the production phase with completed groundworks and upcoming erection of the steel frame.
