This is stated in a press release. The rights issue is secured to just over 90 percent through subscription commitments and issue guarantees. The rights issue aims to support marketing efforts in the international market with the clear goal of increasing the number of treated patients among existing and new customers in order to achieve positive cash flow and earnings.The terms are 1:9, meaning that nine subscription rights entitle the holder to subscribe for one new share at the subscription price of SEK 1.35 per share. The last day of trading in the share including subscription rights is April 24 and the share trades excluding subscription rights on April 27. The subscription period runs from May 4 to May 20 and trading in subscription rights takes place from May 4 to May 15.
