The medical technology company Monivent has prepared a balance sheet report showing that equity amounts to approximately SEK 1.3 million, which is below half of the registered share capital of just over SEK 4 million, according to a press release.The board will now convene an extraordinary general meeting, a so-called first control meeting. At the same time, talks are ongoing with investors about financing and conversion of bridge loans to restore the capital, and the company says it remains positive about how the process is progressing.
