The technology company Opsys's platform Opsyone, with the quality engine Opsyscore, has surpassed 6,000 completed cases. Operational data shows that handling time has nearly been halved while case volume has more than quadrupled and quality has increased in a combination that is unusual in a person-dependent expert process, the company writes in a press release.Opsyone is used in 30 customer and company environments by 70 medical advisors and 255 case handlers, distributed across more than 40 areas of expertise."Opsyscore does not just digitalize an existing process.
