The data communications specialist Exalt has appointed Andreas Ferm as the new CEO with immediate effect after Johan Rockström resigned and reached an agreement to leave the position.Ferm has extensive experience in corporate management, strategy and change management, most recently as a senior management consultant. He has previously served as CEO in several parts of the IT industry.The board thanks the outgoing CEO for his contributions and highlights Ferm's combination of strategic and operational expertise as central to the company's continued development.
