The solar energy company Absolicon has acquired Savosolar’s solar thermal business from Summa Defence’s subsidiary Summa Energy for a total of EUR 393,000. The purchase price consists of EUR 175,000 in cash and 355,723 newly issued B shares in Absolicon, valued at approximately EUR 218,000.The acquisition includes, among other things, the Savosolar brand, customer relationships, project portfolio, intellectual property rights, technical documentation, selected staff, and inventory with a book value of over EUR 200,000.As part of the purchase price, a directed share issue of 355,723 B shares is carried out at a subscription price of SEK 6.66 per share, corresponding to approximately SEK 2.4 million. The issue results in dilution of approximately 2.5 percent. After the transaction, Summa Energy will own approximately 2.6 percent of the shares and votes in Absolicon.
