The technology company SHT Smart High-Tech says that in May the company took an important step toward commercialization of the heat-conducting material GT-TIM. After conditional approval from a final customer following a factory audit of the production facility in China, the first sample order was received, marking the transition from the qualification phase to commercial deliveries.The company continues to work on meeting the remaining qualification requirements ahead of possible future volume deliveries. During the month, work also continued on production development, quality improvements, and capacity building in Sweden and China. Acting CEO Gang Wang highlights continued strong demand from the AI, data center, and semiconductor markets. This is stated in an operational update for May.
