Majority owner Krona Bidco on June 16 bought 5,786 shares in the real estate company Krona Public Real Estate. The shares were purchased at a price of SEK 41 per share, a transaction worth SEK 237,200. The deal was made on Spotlight Stock Market. This is stated in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register.Krona Bidco owned 9.61 million shares on May 22, corresponding to 85.96 percent of the capital and votes in Krona, according to the ownership service Holdings.In late March, Krona Bidco concluded a mandatory bid for all shares in Krona, where the offer was raised to SEK 41.20 per share, from the previous SEK 35.75.
