Affärsvärlden advises accepting the takeover bid for the financial group Spotlight Group, according to a comment on Wednesday. Spotlight Group has received a takeover bid from the French industry peer Kriptown. The bid is SEK 33 per share, a premium of 94 percent to the previous day's closing price. Shareholders representing 69 percent of the shares in Spotlight have undertaken to accept the offer."The premium is very good and clearly higher than the average when companies are taken private from the stock market. The last time the share traded at the level of the bid was in September 2023. The bid will probably go through. Our advice is to accept," writes Affärsvärlden.
