Rescue boat manufacturer Safe at Sea has recruited Linda Ahl to the newly established role of VP Global Commercial Development. She will take up the position on 3 August, according to a press release. Linda Ahl has previously held senior roles within Safe at Sea, including in board work, sales and business development. She is most recently from the role of SVP International Sales, Marketing & Communication at Zipwake, where she worked with the company's international expansion.The recruitment is said to be part of the company's efforts to expand internationally and increase visibility in key markets."She knows our business and has both deep and broad experience of international sales, marketing and business development. As we continue our international expansion, increasing awareness of the company and our products is a high priority. Linda's experience will therefore be very valuable as we accelerate our global growth ambitions", says CEO Kaj Lehtovaara.
