Zenith Energy announces that the ICSID arbitral tribunal has established the remaining timetable in the company’s dispute with Tunisia. This is stated in a press release.The parties’ final written submissions must be filed no later than 31 July and 30 September 2026, respectively. The arbitration award is expected in the first quarter of 2027. At the same time, Zenith Energy states that the claimed damages amount has been increased to approximately $573 million.
