The research company Pharmalundensis’ CEO and principal owner Staffan Skogvall sold shares in the company in the days before Spotlight halted trading in the stock, while in press releases he urged shareholders to subscribe in the upcoming rights issue and buy the stock. Spotlight halted trading, citing the company’s information disclosure.The stock is to be delisted from Spotlight now in July.
