The financial group Spotlight Group issues a profit warning for the second quarter as the result is expected to be weaker than expected due to write-downs. This is stated in a press release.The company writes down assets linked to contingent consideration from the earlier divestments of Gainbridge Capital, Sedermera Corporate Finance and eAktiebok by a total of approximately SEK 5.5 million.The write-downs relate to the value of future additional purchase considerations and negatively affect the result compared with the conditions that prevailed at the start of the quarter.
