The technology company SHT Smart High-Tech extends the term of the shareholder loan of SEK 25 million, as previously communicated in press releases on January 21 and May 8 this year. The loan comes from the company’s main shareholder XS Consulting, which is controlled by Johan Liu, Claesson & Anderzén and Jan Bengtsson. This is stated in a press release. The interest rate on the loan amounts to 20 percent per year in line with what the interest rate has been during the latest extension period May 15 to July 15. The loan falls due for payment in full on October 15.The lenders have the right to request repayment of their respective parts of the loan as of September 15, provided that SHT is notified of this no later than September 1. Should the company, before the loan's maturity date, carry out a new share issue, the loan falls due for payment in full as soon as subscription in such a share issue has been completed. The bridge loan aims to strengthen the company’s working capital during the ongoing commercialization and scaling-up phase. This enables continued focus on production, delivery capacity and fulfillment of customer commitments.
