Major shareholder Hunter Capital has reduced its holding in C100 by 56.5 million shares and thereafter owns 358.1 million shares, corresponding to approximately 65.1 percent of the share capital. Of the holding, 229.7 million shares are owned directly and 128.3 million through an endowment insurance policy.Finwire has previously reported on the share sale, which took place on July 2-3 according to reporting to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.The company reiterates that, within the four-week deadline that began on July 2 after the mandatory bid threshold was crossed, it will submit a mandatory bid for all outstanding shares in C100.Hunter Capital states that the bid, in accordance with the takeover rules, will not be below SEK 0.04 per share. The level corresponds to the highest price the company has paid for C100 shares during the six months preceding the emergence of the mandatory bid obligation and refers to the set-off issue in connection with C100's acquisition of intellectual property rights regarding Dry Eye.
