Medical technology company Polarcool is calling an extraordinary general meeting on August 4 to vote on the board's proposal to apply for delisting from Spotlight.The company cites, among other things, low trading in the shares, high listing costs and continued capital needs. The aim is to work toward a U.S. listing within 18–24 months. A formal application for delisting is planned to be submitted on October 5.
