The industrial company Sustainion announces that 982,500 warrants of series 2023/2026 have been exercised to subscribe for an equal number of new shares, corresponding to an exercise rate of 86.6 percent.The subscription price amounted to SEK 1.50 per share for 841,500 shares and SEK 1 per share for 141,000 shares. The company will thereby receive approximately SEK 1.4 million before issue costs.The dilution for existing shareholders amounts to approximately 0.4 percent following registration of the newly issued shares.
