The counterparty is demanding approximately SEK 2.1 million, excluding interest and legal costs. Zenergy states that the company has a strong legal position and will assert its rights as part of the ongoing legal proceedings."For some time, Zenergy and Mobila Hus have had unresolved financial matters relating both to the project in question and to projects carried out previously. Zenergy has not received full contractual compensation for products delivered and work performed within the project in question," Zenergy writes in the press release.The company continues:"For some time, the company has refrained from invoicing the remaining contractual compensation in order to facilitate a commercial solution between the parties. In addition, Zenergy has outstanding receivables relating to previously completed projects with the same counterparty."
