Jens Olsson's holding has increased from 118,119 to 175,261 shares. This means that his ownership has risen from 4.56 to 6.22 percent and that he has crossed the 5-percent threshold.A separate press release states that Peter Sundh's ownership stake in Cyclezyme has increased from 4.83 to approximately 5.45 percent following the issue. Sundh now owns 153,672 shares, compared with 125,101 before the issue. The total number of shares and votes in Cyclezyme has simultaneously increased to 2,818,496.
