Modular housing company Zenergy has entered into a settlement agreement with Mobila Hus i Sverige regarding the previously announced dispute relating to the Robust 2.0 project, according to a press release.Through the settlement, the legal action brought by Mobila Hus against Zenergy is withdrawn, thereby resolving all matters between the parties relating to the project. Each party will bear its own legal and litigation costs.As part of the settlement, Mobila Hus will become a shareholder in Zenergy through a directed share issue. The settlement does not mean that either party admits liability or entitlement in the dispute.The agreement eliminates the uncertainty caused by the ongoing dispute, enabling Zenergy to focus fully on its continued operations and the implementation of its business plan. The settlement also creates conditions for the parties, should they deem it commercially justified, to resume a constructive business dialogue regarding future projects.
