Medical technology company Vibrosense Dynamics reports higher revenue and a reduced loss in the second quarter. At the same time, the company has expanded its distributor network and initiated legal proceedings against its Chinese distributor.Net sales increased to SEK 0.4 million (0.3).Operating loss improved to SEK -0.8 million (-1.5), and the result after financial items was SEK -0.8 million (-1.4).Earnings per share amounted to SEK -0.02 (-0.06).Cash and cash equivalents amounted to SEK 4.8 million (9.6) at the end of the period.CEO Toni Speidel highlights that Vibrosense signed new distribution agreements in Turkey, Poland and Singapore during the quarter. Vibrosense Meter II has also received regulatory approval in Singapore and Turkey, while the company was granted a patent in Japan for a biomarker in chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy.After the quarter, the company initiated legal proceedings against Chinese distributor UMCare, citing breach of contract. Under the agreement, the distributor was to place orders totalling EUR 3.74 million over three years, starting in June last year.
