The investment company Ramlösa Shipping reports no revenue for the second quarter. The reason the company no longer reports any sales is that it has divested 51 percent of its holding in Atlantic Feeder III AS, owner of the container vessel Perseus. As a result, ownership of the vessel has fallen from 68 to 17 percent, meaning that the company is no longer consolidated in the group accounts. EBITDA was SEK -2.3 million (3.9). Cash and cash equivalents amounted to SEK 53.6 million (12.6).During the first half of the year, Ramlösa Shipping has worked to resolve historical financial matters while managing and developing the company's vessel portfolio, according to acting CEO Martin Hansson.During the second quarter, a major focus was on reducing ongoing costs, which according to Hansson is now beginning to yield results. The company has also changed its finance function and is working to strengthen internal procedures following audit remarks in the 2025 annual report. An external investigation into financial dealings with Capito Capital Management is ongoing.At the same time, Ramlösa Shipping is free from interest-bearing debt and describes its financial position as stable.
