Spotlight Stock Market has granted the reverse takeover company EC European Capital RTO 1 conditional approval for listing on the marketplace. The approval is conditional on the company achieving the shareholder distribution required for a listing on Spotlight Stock Market. The planned first day of trading is 10 September, according to a press release.
