Technology company Lightning Group has completed the acquisition of Aura Light. The acquisition was announced in mid-June, according to a press release. All conditions for completion of the transaction have now been fulfilled, and Aura Light is today becoming part of the Lightning Group group. The previously communicated unconditional shareholder contribution of SEK 20 million was made in connection with closing. Aura Light is a company in professional lighting with operations in Sweden, Norway and Germany.
