Medical technology company Monivent’s incoming CEO Tobias Tullberg has, through Liamed, bought 1 million shares for approximately SEK 162,000, corresponding to SEK 0.162 per share. He has also bought 2 million TO3 warrants from Kompany 42 at SEK 0.01 per warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one new share at a price of at least SEK 0.13 and at most SEK 0.19.
