Shareholders in medical technology company Invent Medic are invited to an extraordinary general meeting on Tuesday, 29 September in Lund. The nomination committee proposes the election of Henrik Olsen as a board member.Current Chairman of the Board Gun-Britt Fransson is leaving the board in connection with the extraordinary general meeting. Board member Mette Gross is proposed to be elected as the new chair.
