Curasight's co-founder Andreas Kjær and CEO Ulrich Krasilnikoff have carried out an internal restructuring in which they consolidate their ownership interests in a jointly controlled holding company. This is stated in a press release.Following the restructuring, Curacap Holding owns approximately 27.68 percent of the shares and votes in Curasight, corresponding to 13.7 million shares. The holding company has thereby passed Spotlight's 25 percent disclosure threshold.Curasight states that the change is technical in nature and does not alter the underlying economic ownership. The restructuring also does not affect the company's operations, strategy or financial position.
