Servana launches the Saimaa AI service, an AI-based customer service agent developed in-house by Dynava Group within the Dynava LAB development unit. This is stated in a press release.In mid-August, Servana completed the acquisition of Dynava Group from Eniro.Saimaa has been implemented at two customers, in logistics and e-commerce respectively, and has achieved an automated resolution rate of 73% and 82%, respectively. Both solutions have subsequently continued to be used.
