Scope of the distribution collaboration

Under the terms of the agreement, SimplyJITH Investment Corporation will distribute Audientes' hearing aid products to end-users in a variety of territories, including:

 

• All of India (both online/ecommerce and offline)
• Middle East & Africa
• Bangladesh
• Myanmar
• Nepal

 

This agreement will significantly expand Audientes' reach and make its innovative hearing aid solutions more accessible to people in these regions who suffer from hearing loss.

 

In the first year of the collaboration, SimplyJITH Investment Corporation expects to sell in excess of 4,000 of Audientes hearing aids and hearing enhancement devices across its markets. This is part of Audientes’ stated market outlook.
