Freetrailer Group A/S has received notification that Nicolai Frisch Erichsen, CEO and executive employee of Freetrailer Group A/S, has sold 13,844 shares in the company.
The transaction was carried out due to Nicolai Frisch Erichsen’s financing of inventory tax on unrealised capital gains in Freetrailer.
Following the transaction, Nicolai Frisch Erichsen personally and through companies owns a total of 211,156 shares in Freetrailer Group A/S.
