Freetrailer Group A/S has received notification that Nicolai Frisch Erichsen, CEO and executive employee of Freetrailer Group A/S, has sold 5,224 shares in the company. The transaction was carried out due to Nicolai Frisch Erichsen’s financing of inventory tax on unrealised capital gains in Freetrailer.
Following the transaction, Nicolai Frisch Erichsen personally and through companies owns a total of 205,932 shares in Freetrailer Group A/S.
