For the listing of ETP securities, the issuer is required to sign Spotlight's commitment to comply with the marketplace's regulations.
According to the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 - in cases where a prospectus is required - the prospectus must have been prepared and registered by the issuer and approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority. If the competent authority is not the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, a passporting certificate must be sent to Spotlight.
Additional documents are found under menu Trading member and member documents.
Once a year, the issuer needs to send Spotlight a copy of the base prospectus and a certificate of approval from the competent authority for financial instruments issued under a base prospectus.
The issuer must also provide Spotlight with the final terms and listing application form.
