BPC Instruments AB: Institutional investor increases holdings in BPC Instruments AB

BPC Instruments AB ("BPC" or the "Company") today announces that Exelity AB has acquired 108,108 additional shares in the Company from Gustaf Olsson (Chairman of the Board).

Exelity AB made its first investment in BPC in 2023 and has since then increased its holdings in the Company, both through a block trade in the Spring of 2024 and now, with the purchase of 108,108 shares from BPC's Board chairman Gustaf Olsson. The motive for the sale is to allow Exelity AB to increase its stake in the Company while simultaneously improving the free float of BPC’s shares, which Gustaf Olsson agrees is a positive development for the Company.

Marlon Värnik, Portfolio Manager for Exelity AB, comments: "Our excitement and interest in BPC has continued to grow over the last two years and we are confident in the management and its capability to create further value in the Company, why we continue to increase our shareholdings."

The transaction has taken place as a block trade with no impact on the share price in the market. Before the transaction, Gustaf Olsson owned 1,204,497 shares, corresponding to approximately 11.52 percent of the Company, and now Olsson owns 1,096,389 shares, corresponding to approximately 10.49 percent of the Company. Exelity AB has gone from an ownership of 160,226 shares, corresponding to approximately 1.53 percent, to an ownership of 268,334 shares, corresponding to approximately 2.57 percent.
