Logistri Fastighets AB (publ) ("Logistri") today announces that the company has signed a new 10-year lease agreement with Kährs regarding the property Tallen 58 in Nybro. Kährs already leases the entire property, which comprises approximately 21,000 m2 of lettable area. The new green lease agreement runs from 1 January 2025. The annual rental value amounts to SEK 13.6 million.
The tenant Kärhs is a global market leader in flooring products with sales in 70 countries. The company has conducted its operations in Nybro since the company was founded in 1857 and is today one of the oldest flooring manufacturers in the world.
The property Nybro Tallen 58 comprises 21,129 m2 of lettable area and a total plot area of 55,970 m2. The premises were developed and adapted to Kährs' operations in connection with the construction in 2010. Today, the property is used as Kährs’ central warehouse for their European operations. The property is next door to Kährs main production facility.
