Jämtland Fire Depmartment (FD) has placed an order for an additional RescueRunner system to further strengthen its ability to save lives and provide support in the challenging environments surrounding local power stations.
Jämtlands Fire Department has chosen to invest in another RescueRunner system to enhance its operational capabilities in demanding conditions surrounding local power stations.
Having used the RescueRunner for more than a decade, the fire department is now expanding its fleet with an additional unit.
Originally developed by the Swedish Sea Rescue Society (SSRS), the RescueRunner is designed to operate in shallow and inaccessible waters where conventional boats cannot reach.
“We are pleased that FD Jämtland continues to place its trust in us and the RescueRunner after more than ten years of use. Returning customers are something we always strive for, and we are confident that this system will provide great value,” says Lukas Brehm, Vice President and Head of Sales at Safe at Sea.
Delivery is preliminarily scheduled for Q2 2026.
The order value is approximately SEK 650,000.
