Kontigo Care AB (publ) announces that the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Anja Peters Ohlsson, has decided to conclude her assignment as a consultant.

"During her time as CFO, Anja has contributed with a high level of competence, structure, and professionalism to the company’s financial operations. The Board of Directors and management would like to express their sincere appreciation to Anja for her valuable contributions and for an excellent collaboration,” says Alex Stendahl, CEO of Kontigo Care AB.

Anja will remain in her role during a transition period of approximately three months to ensure continuity and an orderly handover.

The Board has initiated the process of securing a long-term solution for the CFO function to continue supporting the company’s operations and development.
