At the Extraordinary General Meeting held today in Fable Media Group AB (the "Company"), the meeting resolved to distribute a dividend of SEK 0.20 per share, corresponding to a total amount of approximately SEK 6.8 million.
The resolution is in accordance with the proposal presented by the Board of Directors in the notice convening the meeting.
The record date for entitlement to the dividend is 24 March 2026. Payment of the dividend is expected to be made through Euroclear Sweden AB on 27 March 2026.
This is the third dividend the Company has resolved upon following the introduction of quarterly dividends in autumn 2025.
