The fertility company Spermosens announces that no TO 4 warrants were exercised to subscribe for shares in the company when the exercise period expired on December 1. This is stated in a press release.The reason is that the exercise price was SEK 0.15 per share, which is significantly higher than the current share price of just under SEK 0.01. The company therefore receives no new capital and no new shares are issued.
