Nanotechnology company Smoltek has appointed its nomination committee ahead of the 2026 annual general meeting, consisting of Sophia Johansson as chair and Lisa Gramnaes and Billy Jörgensen. Sophia Johansson is new and replaces Lena Olving as chair of the nomination committee. Last year Smoltek's chair of the board, Per Zellman, was also part of the nomination committee.The members have been appointed in accordance with the nomination committee instruction adopted at the annual general meeting in May 2025, under which the three largest shareholders as of 30 September each nominate one representative, this year Gramtec Invest, Peter af Geijerstam and Oskar Säfström. The nomination committee will present proposals regarding the composition of the board, the chair of the board, auditor appointment, and fees in accordance with svensk kod för bolagsstyrning. The annual general meeting will be held on 12 May 2026.
