The modular housing company Zenergy announces that the building permit for the residential project Orsa Måsen 1 has now become legally binding. The announcement means that the project is entering the next development phase with a focus on sales and completion of the financing. This is stated in a press release. The project comprises 16 homes distributed across two point-block buildings and is intended to be offered as tenant-owned apartments through the housing cooperative Brf Orsaparken. The project has previously met with strong interest, and the company now sees continued strong interest ahead of the upcoming sales launch.The estimated total sales volume amounts to SEK 50 million, based on the planned offering of tenant-owned apartments.The next formal step in the process is technical consultation followed by a commencement notice, in line with the project’s overall schedule. Zenergy will provide further updates as the project progresses.
