The property development company Norden Estates' subsidiary Zustainment Bygg has signed a new construction contract for the delivery of building materials to an industrial building in the Hässleholm area. The contract is valued at approximately SEK 5.5 million, with the intended start of construction during the first quarter of 2026, according to a press release.
